Ella Duran earned her Associate of Arts with a focus in business from Pierce College, where she graduated on the dean’s list and is currently working on finishing her BA. She has over 10 years of customer service experience in a variety of fields before joining Flaherty Financial Group in 2017. She currently acts as the Relationship Manager and is the point-person on all client service needs as well as new business. Holding an insurance license, she is a knowledgeable resource for client questions and requests.

When she is not at work, she enjoys helping and serving others by volunteering at her church on the hospitality and children’s ministry team. She is very artistic and in her spare time likes to draw, paint and craft. Ella and her husband have three beautiful children.
