Ella Duran

Ella is a dedicated professional who brings a blend of experience, warmth and a heartfelt commitment to excellence to everything she does.

Ella started her academic journey at Pierce College, earning an associate degree in business while achieving the distinction of being a dean’s list honoree. She recently completed her bachelor’s in business from Southeastern University. She now has over 10 years of experience in customer service, spanning a wide range of industries. She is the point-person on all client service needs and new business. Holding an insurance license, she is a knowledgeable resource for client questions and requests.

When she is not at work, she enjoys serving others by volunteering at her church on the hospitality and children’s ministry teams. She is very artistic and in her spare time likes to draw, paint and craft. Ella and her husband have three beautiful children.
